Preserving contact information
The Union of Research Professionals is the data controller. The participant information (data) will be shared with the Shortcut which is the co-organiser of the event. The two organisers will process and utilise the participants' data gathered with this form solely for event organisation purposes. It will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose. Your name and email address will be used for event related communications. Your data will be kept and processed according to the data privacy document.
I understand that the Union of Research Professionals preserves my information for 6 months, after which it will be deleted. I can cancel my consent for the use of my information any time by notifying the Union's Data Protection Officer at tietosuojavastaava(at)tieteentekijat.fi.
